The Thread Cutter Puller Arm grabs the bobbin thread and carries it across to the thrread cutter blades. the puller arm slides between the blades and the blade pressure then cuts the bobbin thread. the notch in the puller arm prevents the thread from sliding too far down the arm during its travel to the cutter blades.
